Zennio User Registration Services

1. Legal notice

The owner of Zennio user registration service (“Z-Reg Services” or “Services”) is Zennio Avance y Tecnología S.L. (“Zennio”, “We/Us”, “Company”), with Tax Number B45586724, domiciled in Río Jarama, 132. Nave P-8.11, 45007, Toledo, Spain. All communications regarding the processing of your personal data shall be directed to info@zennio.com.

Z-Reg Services is a web-based platform and an application platform for users to register, log in and manage their (“Zennio Account/s” or “Z Account/s”). In these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), the term (“User” or “You/Your”) refers to a user of the Z-Reg Services.

The use of Z-Reg Services by any User implies fully accepting these Terms of Service, which includes our Privacy Policy . Users undertake to use Z-Reg Services in accordance with the provision set out in these Terms of Service.

Modifications. Zennio reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the design, presentation and / or configuration of Z-Reg Services, of some or all of its services, and to add new services, as well as modify and update these Terms. Any modification will take effect from the date of publication, and each use of the web platform. After such publication will be subject to the new Conditions, so we recommend you read them carefully. We will notify you of any changes in the Terms, and subsequent use of Z-Reg Services entails your acceptance. We may contact by email (for example by asking you to accept the changes before you continue to use the Service).

2. Object and scope of Services

These Terms regulate the access and use of the Z-Reg Services by Users.

The purposes of Z-Reg Services are:

  1. Providing Users, a platform to register and manage their Zennio Account.
  2. Detect and solve errors.
  3. Perform analysis of operations.

These purposes and the features of the Z-Reg Services may be changed, without prejudice to provisions of applicable law, such as privacy. You agree that a key characteristic of our Service is that changes to the Service will take place over time, and this is an important basis on which we grant you access to the Service. Once we have made changes to the Service, your continued use of the Service will show that you have accepted any changes to the Service. You are always free to stop using the Service or deactivate your account in the settings feature of the Service. We will try, where possible and reasonable, to contact you to let you know about any significant changes to the Service.

3. Registering process and obligation of confidentiality of the password

To get a Zennio Account, the User must enter his or her email address and choose a personal password (“Password”) in the registration process. This Password is personal and non-transferable. The User agrees to keep his/her Password strictly confidential. The User will be, in any case, responsible for any damage, injury or detriment that the breach of this obligation of confidentiality is generated by any cause.

The Zennio Account is personal, unique, and non-transferable, and it is prohibited that the same User registers or possesses more than one Z Account. In case Zennio, detects different Z Accounts that contain coincident or related data, it may cancel, suspend, or disable them, at its sole discretion, being the same reason enough to deregister the User, even in his first Z Account. The User will be responsible for all the operations carried out from his Z Account, since the access to the same one is restricted to the entrance and use of his Password, of exclusive knowledge of the User and whose confidentiality is of his exclusive responsibility. The Registered User undertakes to notify Zennio, immediately by email to info@zennio.com, of any unauthorized use of his/her Z Account, as well as the entry by unauthorized third parties to the same. The sale, assignment, transfer, or transmission of the Z Account under any title, whether onerous or free of charge, is prohibited.

Zennio, reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, when at its sole discretion it considers that the guidelines established in this Terms of Service have not been fully complied with, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or indemnification in favor of the User reached by such decision.

Each User will be responsible for his/her profile, and the User assumes any damages that may arise from its improper use. In this regard, access to restricted areas and/or the use of the contents of the Z-Reg Services made with the User credentials will be deemed made by that User, who will be liable in all cases for this access and use. In the event of any risk of access and / or use of the User profile by unauthorized third parties, Users must immediately inform Zennio to info@zennio.com, which will promptly proceed to block the account and provide the User, where appropriate, a new profile.

The personal data provided during the registration process must be true, updated, accurate and complete. Registration data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Obligation to keep Personal Data updated.

The Personal Data entered by any User in the Z-Reg Services, must be true, updated, accurate and complete. Zennio, reserves the right to request any additional proof and/or data in order to corroborate the Personal Data, and to temporarily and/or definitively suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed. The cancellation or disqualification of a User will imply the cancellation of his/her access, without any right to compensation or indemnification.

5. Use of the Services

Your right to use the Z-Reg Servicesis personal to you. You are not allowed to give this right to another person or to sell or transfer your Z Account to another person. Your right to use the Service does not stop us from giving other people the right to use the Service.

Unless allowed by these Terms of Service and as permitted by the functionality of the Service, you agree:

a) not to copy any portion of our Services;

b) not to give or sell or otherwise make available any portion of our Services to anybody else;

c) not to change our Servicesin any way;

d) not to look for or access the code of our Servicesthat we have not expressly published publicly for general use.

You agree that you have no rights in or to any portion of the Services other than the right to use them in accordance with these Terms.

Rules of Acceptable Use: When using our Z-Reg Services, you must not:

a) Use the service against legal stipulations and Terms and Conditions;

b) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use;

c) give any false or misleading information or permit another person to use the Service under your name or on your behalf;

d) use the Service other than for its intended purpose as set out in these Terms of Service or if we have suspended or banned you from using it; or

e) use any automated system, including without limitation “robots”, “spiders” or “offline readers” to access the Service in a manner that send more request messages to the Service than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):

a) immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Service;

b) issuing of a warning to you;

c) legal action against you resulting from the breach;

The actions described in this paragraph are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

6. Data Protection

In accordance with the provisions of applicable law (EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish law on data protection) Zennio informs Users that all personal data collected and processed by the company through access and use of the Services, and in communications with the Company will be processed by in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated to these Terms by reference, and which is accepted by the User on registration. Please read it carefully.

7. Warranties and liability limitation

We use all commercially reasonable efforts to publish and provide Services and to correct any errors or unavailability. We do not guarantee that our Services are error free, and may not always be working or available, due to maintenance, errors in connectivity or events of force majeure. Except as otherwise provided herein and to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, services are provided “AS IS” and with no warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, and we do not give any commitment relating to the performance or availability of the Platform in these Terms.

Zennio assumes responsibility to its Users for direct damages suffered by them due to our negligence or willful default. Except as otherwise provided herein and to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, all indirect liabilities are excluded and neither Users or Zennio shall be liable for any loss of profits, data, interruption of business, loss of goodwill or damage to reputation, or any other indirect damage.

8. Relationship with Users

The current version of the Terms of Service contains the only terms and conditions that apply to our relationship with you. Older versions of the Terms of Service will no longer apply to our relationship and will be completely replaced by the current version. We intend to rely on these Terms of Service as setting out the written terms of our agreement with you for the provision of the Service. If part of the Terms of Service cannot be enforced, then the remainder of the Terms of Service will still apply to our relationship. If any provision of these Terms of Service is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us relating to the Service, in the first instance please contact us at info@zennio.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve a dispute informally, we will discuss and agree with you the most effective way of resolving the dispute.

If you have a dispute with another person who has registered with our Platform in connection with the service, we will provide reasonable assistance to resolve such disputes informally. For the avoidance of doubt, we are under no obligation to resolve such a dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the out-of-court settlement of disputes online through electronic contracting (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to which the parties may voluntarily submit, through the intervention of the so-called Dispute Settlement Body, which acts as a neutral intermediary between both parties.

10. Applicable law

These Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy, are governed by Spanish laws. The magistrates and courts of the city of Toledo shall be competent to decide any controversy that may arise between the User and Zennio unless mandatory law provides otherwise in favor of the User.

By providing your feedback you agree that you are giving up any rights you have in your feedback so that we may use and allow others to use it without any restriction and without any payment to you
