Break in our new Technical Support area in Zennio website

In Zennio we are inaugurating our new Technical Support area, with a new and appealing design. It is already available in our website and contains the following sections:

WEB SUPPORT – In the Web Support section, our Zennio agents will answer your technical questions through Zendesk platform, which is available in both languages, English and Deutsch.

DOCUMENTATION – In the Documentation section you will find the documentation and example projects about Zennio devices, covering a wide range of house automation applications, such as blinds, climate systems, lighting, gateways or logical functions.

TIPS – In the Tips section you will find useful and practical information for implementing a house automation instalation with KNX.

TRAINING – In the Zennio Online Training section, all the files you will need in order to widen your knowledge about Zennio devices and their applications are available, such asg presentations and practical exercises.
