New Zennio product: KLIC
In Zennio, we try to carry on contributing with new products related with the always interesting and complex integration of climate systems in KNX. The product that we launch this time is the KLIC (KNX Logical Interface for Clima).
KLIC provides bidirectional communication with residential and commercial climate units of Daikin.
This device involves a great step forward when it comes to controlling Residential, Commercial and VRV units of Daikin make.
There are two versions of KLIC.
KLIC-DD (Residential Daikin)____________________________________________________________
The KLIC-DD has a similar IRSC or QUAD enclosure, which involves multiple advantages in installation. This device is connected to both, the KNX bus and the Daikin PCB, using a KNX and S21 connector respectively. In order to perform the connections, it incorporates a wire with connectors (ready to plug) as an included accessory. Besides including the programming red LED (typical in any KNX device), the KLIC-DD incorporates two more LEDs, blue and green ones, which are indicators of communication from KNX to Daikin and from Daikin to KNX respectively, very useful in installation process. The KLIC-DD allows controlling any air conditioning unit of Daikin Residential catalogue in a bidirectional way. Availability: From 15th of February.
KLIC-DI (Daikin Industrial)______________________________________________________________
... we will soon go further on the information about this device which has a very interesting design, as well as technical features that have the advantage of making the installation easier. The KLIC-DD allows controlling any air conditioning unit of Daikin Commercial (Sky and VRV) catalogue in a bidirectional way. Availability: From 15th of February. Application programs for KLIC-DI and KLIC-DD The application programs for these physical devices will be soon available in our web site, with a list of control options upon the different units, which is very complete.
