Placing the emitter of the IRSC

This week we have received a question asking if it is necessary to directly stick the IR emitter to the air conditioning unit.

The answer is that it is needed to stick the IR emitter to the IR receiver, as the IRSC has quite less emission power than the IR remote controller.
