What should I do if my touch panel turns into white and I cannot download anything else?

We have been asked this week how to proceed when the touch panel turns into white and it does not let us download anything.

It is possible that, due to a power supply failure during the application program download, the touch panel gets blocked and does not let download anything else.

The way for solving this problem is easy. We only need to establish the Secure Mode and then downloading the application program again.

To solve this problem:

1. Disconnect the BUS from your Z38
2. Keep the “Prog” button in the Z38 back pressed and connect the BUS. The Led next to the “Prog” button will flash every 0.5s the device is in “secure mode”
3. Download the application program in your Z38
